My great grandfather, 胡海珊 is the creator of the ‘cooling water’ recipe and he brought it into Singapore when he migrated from China. Today, it’s a very popular drink that is widely sold through convenience stores and supermarkets under a flurry of brands such as ‘Three Legs Cooling Water‘ which is popular in Singapore and South-East Asia.

My background has always been in secrecy because I have to do what I have to do, which is to study and observe Singapore from the first-person and third-person perspective.

我的曾祖父，胡海珊是‘清热水’的研发创始人。他从中国移民到新加坡时，把药方引入了新加坡。今日，清热水如【三脚标清热水】已经是家喻户晓的解暑饮料，在新加坡与东南亚的许多便利店与超市都能购得。
